Adventure Cabins Get Remodel
One year ago, the Arrington and Greenwood adventure cabins were remodeled and our campers loved the results this past summer!
This winter, we’re remodeling Batson cabin, thanks to a generous donation from the Batson family. At the same time, we’re updating the Burnett, Smith, and Howard cabins.
Adventure cabins are the oldest cabins at Camp Greenville and previously were the most rustic without bathrooms or showers, plus just a few extra holes in the walls and windows.
Each cabin is currently receiving new roofs, siding, and porches on the outside. Plus, they’re getting new beds, bathrooms, and showers on the inside. Add new paint inside and out, and voila! A masterpiece! Don’t worry - it will still feel like camp - just with a few upgrades!
The work is being completed by Home Life Construction.
All adventure cabins will be updated and ready for campers by Summer 2024!
See the first stages of the project in these photos, and stay tuned for updates and completion photos! We promise: you’ll be amazed.
To give you an idea of what we’re expecting for the final results, here’s a photo of the Greenwood cabin which was completed last year.
