February Camper Updates
[This information applies specifically to registered summer camp participants, and was sent via email to registered families on February 10.]
Happy February to you and your family! We are busy in planning mode as we get ready for another wonderful summer on the mountain!
New Virtual Program:
Attention parents of first-time campers! We’ve designed the Prepare and Conquer Camp (PACC) program to support camp readiness for new campers and their parents. Through the monthly resources - including blog posts, downloadable templates, podcast episodes, and more - your family will learn all about life at Camp Greenville and how to prepare for the experience at home.
Register now for PACC in your Parent Portal, and we'll send instructions next week for downloading the app and accessing the first Quest!
Camp Staff:
We're thrilled to introduce to you... our summer leadership staff team! These young professionals have decades of combined camp leadership experience and will make sure this is the absolute BEST summer for your camper! Click here to see their photos and bios.
Save the date:
Camp Greenville’s summer 2024 annual campaign fundraising kicks off soon. Mark your calendar for the "Day of Giving" on Monday March 4, from 6:00-7:30pm for a virtual event via our Facebook page and YouTube channel.
What's Next?
As we get further into spring we will be sending out specific summer information as it relates to summer details (packing list, themes, etc). For now, here is a general timeline of what to expect when:
February 14, 12pm: Deadline to make changes to your monthly payment plan details before payments are processed on February 15.
Late February: Forms (ie; health history etc) will become available. Don’t worry - we’ll let you know and send instructions.
March: Summer Weekly Themes will be announced and a packing list will be sent.
April: Meet the summer team and camp prep information will be provided.
April 15: Last payment of all payment plans.
May 5: All forms due online.
