May Camper Updates
[This information applies specifically to registered summer camp participants, and was sent via email to registered families on May 10.]
Oh my goodness gracious, it’s May! Summer is almost here!
It’s your friendly Director of Camp Communications, Stacie, here! This message is JAM-PACKED with useful information and plenty of fun, so read carefully.
Most important: Check out the updates to our 2024 Camp Guide! This page on our website will continue to be updated regularly between now and your arrival to camp. It’s created to be your one-stop-shop for all Summer Camp information!
But here are the highlights of what's been updated lately…
TO DO: Download the Campanion App
Our NEW app (this is different than last year's app) is available now! You'll be able to set up your account, access camp photos, send "letters" (previously known as Bunk Notes) and more!
What's new this year:
New App/Name: Campanion (no longer using Camp Greenville Live)
Everything is Free: Send as many Letters (no longer called Bunk Notes) as you like! No additional charges!
Same Login: You do not need a separate login for the app. Your Parent Portal email and password will work to log you in! You'll be able to see your registration details and forms on the app as well. It's all connected!
To get started, follow these steps: Download the Campanion app
Use your Parent Portal email address and password to log in
Upload a photo of your child (referred to as a "training photo" in the app), which enables the app to send you photos of your camper over the summer
Ensure you have push notification enabled within your phone settings so you can receive important updates from camp all year long!
TO DO: Add Funds to your Camp Store Account
You can see more details and the full pricing list on our website HERE.

Packing List
The Packing List is now available. You can find it on the 2024 Camp Guide page. Feel free to reach out with any questions or clarifications.
Check-in/Check-out Info
A separate email will be sent out to you prior to your session as a timely reminder, but we know you want to plan ahead! Gates will open for check in on the Sunday of your session at 2:30pm and we ask that everyone is on property by 4:00pm. Check out is Saturday of your camper’s last session and gates open at 9am. We are not able to accommodate late drop off or pick up.
Additional (more detailed) info is available here.
First Aid + Medications
If your camper takes any kind of medication, you’ll need this info. Additionally, information about first aid and emergency situations is included.
Notes from Stacie:
As we get closer to the summer, we know questions may arise. Common questions are already answered on our FAQ page. Plus, the 2024 Camp Guide includes check in and check out times, bringing your campers medication, schedule overview and more. View the entire list HERE and if there is info you need that is not on here, just ask!
From now through the end of summer, I’ll be your family’s guide through the summer camp process. If I don’t know the answer, I know who does, and I’ll find out for you! You can text, email, or call me anytime.
Talk to you soon!
