November Camper Updates

[This information applies specifically to registered summer camp participants, and was sent via email to registered families on November 10.]


Wow! Following an amazing Summer 2024, we’ve experienced another record-breaking registration season, with almost all of our summer sessions now full to capacity! It is exciting and fun to see and hear your enthusiasm about summer 2025! We absolutely cannot wait to have campers back on the mountain, and we’re counting down to summer with you. 

If you are receiving this email, you are officially registered for at least one session in summer 2025! In your registration confirmation we told you to be on the lookout on the 10th of every month for an email. 

Going forward, on the 10th of each month, we will be sending out information, updates, fun news, and as we get close to summer; specific 2025 details. With this schedule, you'll know when to expect to hear from us (and may even need to check your junk mailbox just in case).  

You'll also start receiving our Mountain View News email monthly, which will arrive sometime between the 20th-25th of the month. This includes general camp information and fun for campers, alumni, staff, and our community. 

Reminders 

  • Finances: If you are enrolled in a payment plan, the first payment date is November 15. The deadline to make any changes to your saved payment method, etc will be noon on November 13. If your payment declines due to an expired payment method or insufficient funds, your account will automatically be charged a $25 return and reprocessing fee. For more information about payment plans, click here.

  • Open Spots: If there are friends you know who haven’t signed up for camp please make sure they look at availability and/or put their name on a waitlist now. Spots are extremely limited already depending on age/gender/program, and waitlists are growing. 

  • Waitlist Status: If there are friends on waitlists, they have received updates from camp on exactly how the waitlist process works, and we are working on waitlists every day to ensure as many campers as possible can attend. 

  • Questions? Specific summer detailed information will come in the spring but visit our Summer 2025 Camp Guide now to see the basics as well as FAQs and details from last summer. We’ll let you know each month when new content is added. Of course, contact our office at any time with questions. You can reply to this email or use the info on our website to contact us. 

Fun News 

  • Social Media: We want to stay connected with you all year long! Check out the latest posts on Instagram or Facebook to see the pictures around camp, what our staff are up to, and stay connected!  

  • Camp Store: Need gift ideas for the holiday season? Our online camp store is still open. The online store will be closed for the holiday season. The last day to submit your order is December 5! 

  • Staff Hiring: Our summer staff applications are now open. If you know someone (usually college students and young adults) who would love to work at camp this summer, send them this link: https://www.campgreenville.org/summerstaff
