November Camper Updates

Wow! Following an amazing Summer 2022, we’ve experienced another record-breaking registration season, with almost all of our summer sessions now full to capacity! It is exciting and fun to see and hear your enthusiasm about summer 2023 and know that we share in it with you just as fully. We absolutely cannot wait to have campers back on the mountain, and we’re counting down to summer with you.
If you are receiving this email, you are officially registered for at least one session in summer 2023! In your registration confirmation, we told you to be on the lookout on the 10th of every month for an email. We will be sending out information, updates, fun news, and as we get close to summer; specific 2023 details. This way you know when to expect to hear from us (and may even need to check your junk mailbox just in case).

Reminders
Finances: If at the end of registration, you chose for your balance due to auto draft in 6 payments, the first draft will occur on November 15th (next Tuesday). If you would like to change your account to an auto draft set up please contact our office and we can take care of that for you!
Open Spots: If there are friends you know who haven’t signed up for camp please make sure they look at availability and/or grab their spot on a waitlist now. Spots are extremely limited already depending on age/gender/program, and waitlists are growing.
Waitlist Status: If there are friends on waitlists, they have received updates from camp on exactly how the waitlist process works, and we are working on waitlists every day to ensure as many campers as possible can attend.

Camp Store: Need gift ideas for the holiday season? Our online camp store is still open. The online store will be closed for the holiday season. The last day to submit your order is December 13!
Mountain View News: You are the first to hear that we’ll soon be bringing back the Mountain View News – a newsletter that circulated from Camp Greenville in the 1990s, but will now be delivered to our campers, alumni, donors, and community friends and supporters digitally. Although these emails from me on the 10th of every month are specific to your upcoming camp experience, the Mountain View News will provide more camp community news and updates. Stay tuned!
