December Camper Updates

Happy December 10! It’s time for our next monthly installment of Updates for Campers. In a few short weeks, it’ll be 2023!! And you’re closer and closer to heading up to camp for the summer of a lifetime.
In this email is everything you need to know right now to help prepare for summer!
Reminders
Finances: If you signed up for a monthly payment plan, your next scheduled auto-payment is December 15 (next Thursday). If you would like to change your account to make any adjustments to your payment plan, please contact our office and we can take care of that for you!
Waitlist Status: If there are friends on waitlists, they have received updates from camp on exactly how the waitlist process works, and we are working on waitlists every day to ensure as many campers as possible can attend.
Holiday Office Closure: Our camp office will be closed for the holidays from December 19 through January 1, reopening on Monday, January 2. Most of our staff will be working remotely for some of these days, so feel free to reach out, but be prepared for delays in responses.
Family Camp: Registration for 2023 Family Camps will open on Monday, January 9 at 9:00am Eastern time. You can find the details on our website here. We expect cabins to fill quickly!

Social Media: We want to stay connected with you all year long! Check out the latest posts on Instagram or Facebook to see the pictures around camp, what our staff are up to, and stay connected! This month, our friend Gnorm the Gnome is getting into some shenanigans around camp.
Camp Store: Need gift ideas for the holiday season? Our online camp store is open, and we still have limited quantities of our winter crewneck, featuring a snowy scene of a Ridgetop Cabin. The online store will be closed for the holiday season, however. The last day to submit your order is December 13! Only 3 days remaining!
Staff Hiring: Camp Greenville’s summer staff hiring process has begun! If you know anyone interested in working at camp, please invite them to check out the info on our website here, and apply soon before spots are all filled.
