Earth Day 2023

At Camp Greenville, every day feels like Earth Day. We’re fortunate to dwell on 1400 acres of land, 3200 feet above sea level on the eastern ridge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Camp is surrounded by wilderness with Jones Gap State Park on the southern property line and Dupont State Forest on the northern state line.

YMCA Camp Greenville embraces nature and the wilderness with miles of hiking trails, wildlife including deer and turkey, and two spring fed lakes. Campers enjoy plenty of opportunities to explore the outdoors in whatever way suites them best. Whether it be spending the night at one of our pack out sites or hiking to Rainbow Falls, we have numerous opportunities all summer long for our campers to enjoy the outdoors.
