Summer Staff Hiring in London

Summer staffer from Scotland, Rose (ROSIE!) Grant, co-hosts the staff recruitment table with Director of Camping, Jenna Johnson, in London.

Jenna Johnson, Director of Camping, (pictured above enjoying teatime and sightseeing!) has just returned stateside from an international staff hiring event in London, which gives U.S. camp directors the opportunity to meet face-to-face with international staff applicants, and even offer summer positions on-the-spot.

The trip was a success, with Jenna hiring two cabin leaders for the summer and talking with many more applicants who are considering Camp Greenville as their summer home-away-from-home.

International staff who join us for the summer are members of a Cultural Exchange program, which provides a travel and work experience in the U.S. for the staff member, and builds a global community within our camp, teaching valuable lessons for our campers about cultural diversity and global citizenship through our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

Summer 2023’s current roster of international staff includes individuals from the United Kingdom, Turkey, New Zealand, and Mexico.
